“The two cops inside were kibitzing but snapped to attention when they saw Kelly. The cop on the passenger side rolled down the window and answered Kelly’s questions, declaring that everything had been quiet for hours and nobody suspicious had passed the security gate. Kelly moved on to his jeep and climbed inside of it, putting his head back on the rest and closing his eyes.
