I'm sorry but I just can't do Stephanie Perry Moore's books anymore. This is not a read but a DNF after getting three chapters in and realizing that the main character is no different from most of the other protagonists in her other teen books: teen girl who is nice but is very pretty, smart and popular and knows it (it's VERY eye roll worthy to read a character describing themselves as "having a body that won't quit", direct quote from the dang first chapter!)but also acts very self righteous at times. I saw no difference between this character and the Payton Skyy character from the first book. I'm wondering but I won't find out if all of the characters are the same way and plus the author has a nauseating thing about characters being football players or cheerleaders and she needs to be educated on some up to date slang words. She actually uses "brickhouse" in this book! Does anyone under 45 say that anymore?
