“Now he’s a big man!” Malek said, pointing out one of the names on the list of fighters that was posted on a wall. “I saw him fight three summers ago. Crushed a man’s skull with one blow of his axe.”He frowned when he saw another name then turned away from the wall, shaking his head. They had arrived at the desert city of Forsina the night before and Malek had managed to convince the dock master to let him tie his boat on the agreement that he would pay the fee before the day was out.
